ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
• We evaluate the environmental impact and dimension of our activities within the framework of legal regulations and take steps to minimize our impact.
• We evaluate purchasing at the source to reduce our waste.
• We separate our waste by type and danger classification as effectively as possible. We deliver our waste to licensed companies appropriate for its classification.
• We aim to reduce the amount of waste.
• We only use hazardous materials and chemicals when necessary and in required quantities.
• We provide training to our personnel on waste separation and topics like zero waste, and we organize activities to raise awareness among our guests.
• We aim to reduce natural resource use by making the necessary infrastructure improvements and regularly monitoring usage.

PURCHASING POLICY
• We prefer products with “recycled” and “eco-friendly” labels for the items we purchase for our hotel, contributing to nature conservation.
• By sourcing products/materials from local suppliers, we contribute to the local economy and work to reduce our carbon footprint. We track the proportion of local suppliers and aim to continuously increase this ratio.
• The purchase of endangered species is prohibited; we only purchase products allowed by law (quota, fishing seasons for bluefin tuna, etc.).

• No child labor is employed in our hotel, and we expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.
• We provide environments where children can express their thoughts, wishes, and emotions comfortably, contributing to their development and making them feel free and at ease.
• We give priority to serving children in our presentation areas.
• We raise awareness among our employees through training on children's rights and child abuse.
• We work to raise awareness of physical, verbal, psychological violence, or neglect by families towards their children.
• We ensure that children participating in activities are under adult supervision.
• We ensure that children in our care (mini clubs, etc.) are always supervised and handed over safely to their parents.
